I am looking for a part-time, mature renter. This is a unique opportunity in a clean, quiet, walk-out level overlooking a small tranquil lake. This semi-private space consists of a living room, 1 bedroom with closet, 3/4 bathroom (shower - no tub), a small pantry, and a shared laundry room. This unit is approximately 550 SQUARE FEET total. There are cabinets for kitchen supplies with counter space on top with existing microwave & burner. There is built-in wall unit for TV & other storage. A attached parking stall is included.
This space is partially furnished currently. This townhome development has HOA rules that must be maintained. A outdoor pool is available and walking paths connect to Century College. WiFi is available. The renter must be pet friendly, as will share home with 2 curious cats & a part time dog. No additional pets will be allowed.
I prefer a single, employed, clean, mature individual, with a quiet lifestyle (who does not do a lot of entertaining). I would consider a couple as well, depending on the amount of time they would be occupying the unit. Adults only. No smoking. Upon consideration, a drug test may be required.
This unit will be available to show August 22nd. It is available to rent as soon as Sept. 1st.
