Great patio with fairy lights in front of house that is shaded by mature oak trees. The home is perfectly located minutes to town or the beach! PRIME LOCATION at it's best. Not too close to the touristy areas where traffic can be an issue, yet close enough to walk to town and enjoy the scenery along the way. Home is a short walk away from a neighborhood 4 star resort.

Security deposit will be one 1.5 months rent. PLEASE DO NOT PULL CREDIT VIA ZILLOW. We use our own verified credit agency.
