Feel at home in this stunning new luxury 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pool home with peeks of Salt Run and Anastasia State Park. This home features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen and an on-site washer and dryer. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day and parking is available for 3 cars. Enjoy being a 2-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) to historic downtown St. Augustine and a 2-minute drive to the beach at Anastasia State Park. You'll also be a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse, Alligator Farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past check-out time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
