This cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen, plus your own private porch. This cottage features 3 beds and a full kitchen. Parking is available for 2 normal or smaller-sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle, you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk, or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. The Sand Bar is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday; please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Guests should respect the approved number of guests, and disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Pets are not allowed on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) to maintain cleanliness. Guests must clean up after their pet immediatelyinside and out, using the supplies provided, and vacuum fur before checkout. Pets should never be left unattended in the property. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
