The location: It is a four bedroom (three upstairs, one in basement), 3.5 bathroom beautiful townhouse located in a peaceful community in Sparks, MD.… Very peaceful street with plenty of parking. The neighborhood is lovely community with plenty of surrounding nature, with commercial shopping easily accessible (an approximate 4-7 minute drive). The specifics: The room available is a bedroom (furnished with twin bed, desk, and lamp). The room shares a bathroom with one other person, who is very clean and respectful of other's belongings. Utilities each month (including internet) are ~$125. House details: Central AC/heat, high-speed internet, in-unit washer/dryer. There is a small backyard with a two-level deck, which is great for summer grilling. What we are looking for: -You're clean. Seriously. No piles of dishes laying around, and doing your part to keep common spaces tidy. We try to maintain an environment where if someone sees something that needs doing (like the trash is full and needs to be taken out, dishwasher needs to be emptied, floor needs to be swept, etc.), he/she just does it. -You're easy going, considerate, and social. You want to live with friendly people that get along well with most. You're also considerate of others in terms of noise, and respecting people's property and the shared spaces. -You're a working professional and/or student with a stable income. Move in date is flexible. We're not rushed, just looking for someone that's a good fit for the space. If interested, send a message with details about yourself, and a phone number to reach you.
