Income Verification: The household monthly income must be 3x the total monthly rent. Rental History: A good reference from a past landlord is required. Prior Evictions: The application will be denied if there is a judgment of eviction entered against the applicant within the last 10 years. Occupancy Rules: No more than 5 persons shall occupy a rental property. If your application is approved you will be asked to pay a Security Deposit and sign a Residential Lease contract within 3 days
