It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
No pets.

This condo is in an active 55+ community with many community events. The community has a newly renovated salt-water pool and gym (renovation completed in 2025).
The rent includes all amenities such as assigned parking, internet and cable TV, and use of the community amenities.
The Colonial Club Community is just a few driving-minutes from shopping, dining and the beach.
