Lease terms

Minimum lease term: 12 months. Security deposit equal to one month's rent required before move-in. First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent amount. Credit, background, and eviction screening required. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees may apply. No smoking permitted inside the property. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, internet, cable, and other utilities unless otherwise stated. Occupancy is limited to approved tenants listed on the lease. Quiet enjoyment of all residents is expected. Excessive noise, parties, or illegal activities are prohibited. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional deposit or monthly pet fee. Property must be maintained in clean and good condition throughout the lease term. Renter's insurance is recommended.
