Requirements for application process: 1. Completed application 2. Proof of income - an applicant's monthly net income must be 3x the rent amount or more. All lawful sources of income are accepted. 3. Photo ID 4. Proof of current residency - this could be a utility bill, rental lease or ledger. 5. Verifiable landlord/rental history. 6. Credit check - applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher. This doesn't apply if an applicant's rent is paid in full by a voucher or subsidy.
