Lease terms

Lawn care is the tenant's responsibility. Snow removal is 100% the tenant's responsibility. Due to the home's location near the lake and the absence of a basement, regular professional pest control service is required and is the tenant's responsibility. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. To be considered, applicants must provide: Three solid references. Proof of employment. Background check. A positive reference from your current or previous landlord. At this time, we are not accepting state or government rental assistance programs or housing vouchers. Please do not inquire if: You have ever been evicted. You have a history of consistently paying rent late. You have pets. We are unable to make any exceptions. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND NO EXCEPTIONS. Rent must be paid by check only. Returned (bounced) checks will result in a $250 fee. Late rent payments are subject to late fees as outlined in the lease. Move-in requires: First month's rent $4,000 security deposit The security deposit will be returned at move-out, provided the home is left clean, empty, and in good condition beyond normal wear and tear.
