Requirements for the Application process: 1. Completed Application 2. Photo ID 3. Proof of Income - an applicants monthly net income must be 3x the rent amount or more. All lawful sources of income are accepted. 4. Proof of Current Residency - this could be a utility or household bill, rental lease, ledger. 5. Verifiable Rental/Landlord History 6. Credit Check - applicants must have a credit score of 600 or higher. This does not apply if an applicants rent is paid in full by a voucher or subsidy.
