Tenant is responsible for all utilities: gas, water, internet, electricity, garbage, sewer, irrigation. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of pool to include opening, closing, chemicals and chemical maintenance per instructions, lawn, and landscaping. Owner pays HOA dues. 12-month lease. Will consider other terms with adjustment in monthly rate. We love pets, so we accept them on approval with monthly pet rent per pet and non-refundable $500 pet fee per pet. All prospective tenants over the age of 18 are required to complete an application. Once application is approved, tenant must pay 25% of the deposit to hold the property. All applications are managed through Zillow.
