MONTHLY COSTS AND UTILITIES * Base rent: $4,850 per month * Current required professional garden-maintenance charge: $100 per month * Current total monthly price: $4,950 Trash, recycling, and shared Sonic internet are included ($200 value/month). The tenant may arrange separate internet service at their own expense. The upstairs tenant maintains and pays the PG&E and water accounts. The allocation associated with the separately occupied lower unit is reflected in the rent structure and will be documented in the lease. Electricity used for EV charging is tenant-paid. PETS Cats and dogs considered, subject to satisfactory pet history and landlord references. Additional pet rent of $50 per pet per month applies. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
