There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement for tenant use, owner pays for that utility use, and there is a locked storage room in the basement for each unit, as well as under-stairs bicycle parking. Vehicle parking is on street only. This is a no pets allowed, non smoking building. All applicants aged 18 years and older will be required to fill an application, pay a non refundable $45 application fee, and require a credit, criminal and eviction check. We do not approve evictions in the past 5 years.
