On-street parking, but it isn't a hassle on Park Ave the way it is in other parts of Portland. This is a very quiet building within walking distance of Maine Medical, USM, Mercy and Deering Oaks park - very walkable to all of downtown Portland, and next door to Holy Donuts :-) The tenants are great, and are all very, very quiet, welcoming and diversity-friendly.
Includes: Laundry on site. Rent: $2150.00/month. $250.00/month for heat, hot water, water, sewer and trash also due each month. First and 1 month's security deposit is required at move-in.
