Fine is $200 per instance for violating this policy *ALL APPLICANTS must pass a Credit and background check (Credit under 600 will NOT be accepted), have 2 years positive verifiable rental history or mortgage payment history, and combined gross income of 3X Rent. NO Evictions or Rent Collections. *$50 Non-refundable application fee per adult *$200 Lease Initiation Fee due upon lease signing.
