Nice, secluded, and private apartment for rent. One-bedroom, one-bath, 1st story in a two family house. I live upstairs. Rent inclusive of wi-fi, water, sewer, parking. The apartment has been freshly painted throughout and has new flooring, stove, fridge, and shower. I prefer a tenant with a dog but cats, gerbils, guinea pigs, spiders and snakes are welcome. The house is very quiet and peaceful with a large fenced in back yard and garden. I have cats and free-ranging chickens and turkeys. The apartment is heated with a pellet stove (cheap), backup heat is provided by electric baseboards. The house is about 4 miles from the Cornell campus, and a 5 minute walk to the Ellis Hollow Preserve. It's an easy trip (car or bike) to the vet school at Cornell (about 4 miles to "b-lot"). A bus stop with several stops a day is about a 10 minute walk away. The dead end road is in a quiet area and neighboring houses are barely visible through the trees.
