This condo is located in a NUDIST COMMUNITY of Paradise Lakes Resort. You are not required to be naked, but are allowed within the entry gates of Paradise to be naked. 7 or 12 month leases are preferred, but for additional tax and fees, 6 months or less can be accommodated. Owner Finance or Rent to Own is also available if you prefer to own the property. We live on property and can answer any questions about our friendly fun community. This condo is fully furnished to include linens, plates, glassware, utensils, appliances, king bed, couch, etc. so all you need is your clothes. Only one pet is allowed per association rules (cat or dog with breed restrictions under 40lbs). No smoking allowed inside the condo, but use of smoking areas within the community is allowed. Water, Sewer, Trash, Internet, and Cable included... tenant is responsible for Electric. Use of Paradise Lakes Resort Club amenities is not included in the rent and to use their facilities, a separate membership fee is required.
