In warmer months, hiking and biking trails in the national forest are accessible directly from your door. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the no-smoking policy can lead to immediate termination of the rental, eviction without refund, and retention of any security deposit, plus charges or liability for damages. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Long-term rentals (28 nights or more) require discussion and approval prior to booking, and a long-term rental/lease agreement and security deposit may be required.
