Room with a shared bathroom is available now. The bathroom is mainly shared with one more room. The rest of us have our own bathroom, we also have an extra bathroom downstairs for the visitors.
$1125.00 Rent includes utilities (internet, garbage, sewage, water, electricity, and gas)
Requires $1000 deposit payment. The initial amount to be deposited will be $2,125. (consist of first month rent and utilities plus the $1,000.00 security deposit).

OTHER INFORMATION
The monthly rent is priced for the room only and for single occupancy only, additional charge of $300.00 for each additional person (which will include utilities).
The rest of the house usage (eg. laundry, kitchen, living room, etc) it is a privilege and must be clean and rules must be followed in order to use.
No smoking, No recreational drugs or drugs at all. No cannabis, No parties. No smoking.
6-month lease contract (month-to-month after) 30 days advance notice before leaving required (if not enough notice, you will have to pay the 30 days rent).
Room is approximately 11X11. It is located on the second floor.
You can cook and use the kitchen. You must provide everything, your food, toilet paper, soap, oil, laundry detergent, dishes, utensils pots, blender, etc,
You will have some refrigerator space and one storage cabinet space to keep your items.
Please clean after yourself.
Laundry inside the house is not included. Please use a public one.
Street parking only. no parking allowed in the driveway, please do not block the drive way either.
We will do quarterly walkthrough checks in the room, bathroom and refrigerator to make sure you keep clean the place.
No overnight guess, unless is family coming from out of town visiting (with limits- no more than 1 week, otherwise the additional person fee will apply).
We have mainly outdoor cats which come sometimes inside the common areas.

Convenient location for driving to San Francisco
Use BART (bus 82 to Hayward BART station). Or dive to Hayward or San Leandro BART station.
Easy access to I-880, I-238 and I-580.
