This two bedroom two bath space offers an open floor plan and plenty of privacy. It is located in a gated community that feels like an Italian hill town with its terra cotta facades, tile roofs and cypress trees throughout.
The great room has large windows on two sides to create an airy feeling and allow for views of trees and native habitat. All rooms have extra high ceilings with exposed beams, and floors are comprised of Saltillo tile. The living room includes a large comfortable sectional for watching the large screen TV. Bring your passwords and customize your viewing experience using streaming apps on this smart TV (no cable or satellite). Enjoy indoor-outdoor living by opening the French doors off the living room and letting the fresh air flow inside. You may even see the occasional javalina or deer pass through the backyard. The coral loveseat doubles as a pull-out twin sleeper if needed for an occasional guest, and a portable room divider provides additional privacy. The newly updated and remodeled kitchen has brand new appliances and an eat-in bar with seating for two. It has an adjacent laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer. Two workspaces support working remotely. One desk is in the living room, and the other is in the guest room.
The generous main bedroom with king size bed has a curvy faux fireplace and an en-suite with dual vanities, a step-in shower (a small step up and a larger step down) and a walk-in closet. French doors open to the back deck, and a large picture window gives a view of the backyard. The guest room (two steps up) has its own en-suite with a single vanity and tub-shower combination. Enjoy the sunrise on Bell Rock from the comfort of your queen-sized bed. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home so they offer good privacy. The front patio has a table and seating for four with a view of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. You can cross the backyard and walk a golf course for exercise before or after hours. The views are truly amazing, and it is a good place to see additional wildlife.
Within walking distance of the home are a hotel resort, a restaurant/shopping area, and one of the world's most scenic golf courses. Within a few miles are two more golf courses, and some of the best hiking in all of Sedona. The nearby Red Rock Ranger Station has all of the information you need to enjoy the area. You can travel to Uptown Sedona and all of its shops (a pleasant 7-mile drive) without being stuck in the touristy part of town. Return to the home and your own two-car garage, with space for an additional car in the driveway. This home is the perfect place to use as your home base, with or without remote working, and you will be able to relax into one of the most magical places in the world.
