Excellent, easy, flat, paved parking access on Highway 321 in Blowing Rock, just 8 minutes from Boone. Ideal year round, but particularly useful in winter with level parking lot off of a state-maintained, state-plowed road.
Excellent location for ASU students or grad students, or those who work in Boone or Blowing Rock Area.
Each apartment is comprised of one room plus a bathroom. While there is no kitchen, a microwave and small refrigerator / freezer are included.
Each apartment also has its own back porch, which overlooks a yard and pond.
Credit / debit card operated laundry is onsite and available.
Located 5 miles from Boone and 1 mile from Blowing Rock on Hwy 321 between Boone and Blowing Rock. Community convenience center for trash mile down the road.
Peaceful setting. Blowing Rock Lodge Community Rules apply, including quiet hours and no partying. Double occupancy. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
If rent is paid before the first of each month, we provide an early payment discount of $25, taking the rent down to $725. Rent includes heating and cooling and any other electricity, water, TV and internet.
