This is a decent sized 1 bedroom, 1 bath older, but newly renovated beach home with a lot of uniqueness to the otherwise cramped beach environment. Located near the south Pacific Beach (PB)/Crown Point area in a quiet, yet bustling beach neighborhood; this home features a full laundry room, large shady backyard with patio area, cloths line, full kitchen with brand new refrigerator and stove and with amazing views on a private patio featuring a new nice large BBQ grill. Bedroom features a very comfortable King size mattress and a large flatscreen for your fully loaded DirecTV viewing. Enjoy the nightly Sea World fireworks to the south every night during the summer without leaving home or take a short walk to bay park and have a picnic to enjoy the views more! Home is 2 blocks from the bay and 1.3 miles from the Pacific Ocean boardwalk and the indulgent World Famous restaurant. House has central heating and comes fully furnished with 1 bed, 1 couch, 1 love seat sofa, 1 deluxe queen-sized pillow-top air mattress, kitchen table, stove, microwave, blender, ice dispensing refrigerator, iron/ironing board, private closet to hang cloths, and dresser in master bedroom. All rooms feature ceiling fans and the entire home is cool and ocean breezy! Living room features a large 56" 1080p HDTV deluxe DirecTV cable, Blu-Ray, surround-sound stereo system, and wireless internet throughout the home. Also plenty of blankets and pillows in the bedroom cabinets. Hardwood floors and laminate throughout! Backyard is very large and fenced in with clothesline and plenty of space to relax and entertain. Also, home is situated on one of San Diego's main bike path routes allowing you to easily ride around the bay to Old Town, Sea World, Bay Park, and the beach. This is amazing nightly for sunsets! Property also features a 65 year old producing avocado tree that guests are free to pick and devour as desired:) If you are looking for a space near the beach to call home and want to fully indulge yourself into the local San Diegan beach life and all it has to offer then look no further! Guests will have access to all rooms and cabinets that are not locked and deemed off-limits. Interaction will be very minimal to none. House overseer is very easy-going and lives nearby. This neighborhood has everything within walking distance that one could ever need or want. Garnet Avenue restaurant/bar/shopping district is less than 1 mile away. Shopping centers, convenience and grocery stores, surf shops, and bike/surf rentals are all within walking distance! Recommend renting a bike for a weekly rental and biking as needed. Otherwise, Lyft rides to all beach areas for under $10, Uber, bike/scooter shares, taxis and buses are very inexpensive and readily available to the surrounding beach areas. Everything you need is also within easy walking distance. Free fully equipped laundry room is shared with front house.
