Total of 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms on the main floor. Home comes with energy efficient appliances fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer), forced central heating & cooling, quartz countertops, new cabinetry & Matte black finishes. Kitchen has an attached deck. Shared common areas have large windows with plenty of natural sunlight. Big back yard and breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mtns. It's perfect for morning coffee, lounging, reading or watching sunrises or sunset. Full transparency, part of the yard died and we're trying to bring it back life this year Utilities-responsible for power, gas, internet(based on usage). The highest it ever was $120 per person which was rare but just want to be transparent on this. Parking- in front of the house or on the street as the attached garage is already taken. Pets-currently maxed out on pets Renters insurance REQUIRED. Credit check/background check required. About us- The photos you see are examples of the level of cleanliness we maintain. Don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, clean an area as soon as you're done using it etc. If you think this would easy for you to maintain the shared common areas this way then you'd make a great fit! We all get along really well, have girls nights, go out together as well as do our own things. We are females in our mid 20's to early 30's. We would love someone who's also down to join us for our weekly Sunday dinner. Each week one of us takes turns cooking a homemade meal. We also take turns every weekend cleaning the floors, sweeping and moping in addition to wiping down counters and appliances as needed. One medium doodle, and two 4-8 lbs muts, all hypoallergenic and are always with their owner but LOVE CUDDLES for anyone who loves pets but doesn't want the responsibility of caring for one. You're within minutes to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Close to University of Utah Main campus/hospital, Westminster College, Intermountain hospital, LDS hospital, highway, trails and gyms. 3. min walk to UTA bus stop FULL DISCLOSURE: The couch in the living room has been changed since it belonged to our old roomie. Available for move in 9/1 but can be flexible. Prefer one year lease but could possibly do 6-8 months depending on the situation.
