Two car attached garage with electric garage openers provide lots of space and an extra refrigerator with 2 more parking spaces on parking area at garage. Rent is unfurnished. Reasonable fee for furnishings from semi- to full-furnished. We prefer a two year lease, but we are flexible. One small dog allowed only with approval and payment of separate pet fee of $500 and proof of vaccinations.
