1 furnished (could be unfurnished) room available for immediate move in. A very nice, peaceful, no drama home in Pleasant Hill.… Nice large backyard with grass, patio area and BBQ. Close to restaurants, shopping, downtown Pleasant Hill and the Contra Costa Canal trail is minutes away. No smoking and no pets. UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED with the monthly rent. They will be equally divided between tenants, there will be a total of 3 tenants (1 of them could be you!). The WiFi is $10/mo each, Garbage is $15/mo (billed every 3 months), Water $40/mo billed every 2 months and PG&E $50-$115/mo varies month to month. We do not have cable or subscribe to any streaming services. The is a 3 bedroom home and you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 tenant, male early 30's. The common areas: kitchen, living room, backyard and garage, will be shared by all three tenants. 1 year lease required. $150 application fee - refunded if you become the roommate. Security deposit is 1 months rent, $1050. The bedroom is bright, street front facing, dual panel windows, white faux wood blinds and hardwood floors. There is a double bed, 3 drawer dresser, large surface desk and office chair. The room measures 8'H x 10'W x 10'L with standard size closet 8'H x 7'5"W x 22"D. Plenty of street parking and 1 space off-street parking. Depending on the type of car you have there may be room in the garage. Disclaimer The backyard is adjacent to an elementary school. Therefore, you must pass background checks required by law.
