All requested documents must be uploaded correctly (ID, Proof of income from the last 3 months: Bank Statements or Paystubs) - Must Earn 2.5 times the rent (based on Net Income, not gross) - Must have no previous Evictions or Criminal Records (DUI, misdemeanors might be accepted based on our criteria) LEASINGS COSTS: - Option 1: FIRST + LAST + SECURITY DEPOSIT Due to move in - Option 2: FIRST + LAST ONLY Due to Move in. Security Deposit due 90 days after Move In date (will be split in 3 monthly payments 30 days after move in, 60 days after move in, 90 days after move in) - $75 Non-refundable application fee per adult. SHOWINGS: Showings are open house style, usually lasting a maximum of 30 min from the scheduled time SCAMMING: We understand that you might be concerned with rental scamming as it can happen here in Florida.
