Please note that pool heating is an optional add-on for $35 per day. Guests are required to provide a damage protection option prior to arrival, which can be a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 24 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin upon departure can result in fines up to $200. Check-out time is 10 AM.
