Please note that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. A maximum of 24 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. A maximum of 3 cars may park in the driveway; commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines pursued for violations of any house rules.
