Lease terms

Lease Terms Lease Duration: The Lease shall be for a minimum term of thirty (30) days. Extensions beyond the initial term may be granted on a month-to-month basis, subject to mutual agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Notice of Termination or Extension: Either party must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the intended move-out date or lease extension. Failure to provide such notice may result in forfeiture of the security deposit or additional rent charges. Furnishings and Utilities: The Property is fully furnished and equipped for immediate occupancy. All utilities, including electricity, water, gas, internet, and trash services, are included in the monthly rental amount. Maintenance and Landscaping: Routine maintenance, repairs, and landscaping services are included and will be performed by the Lessor or authorized contractors. Lessee shall promptly report any issues requiring attention. Household Essentials: The Property will be supplied with toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning supplies, which will be replenished as needed during the tenancy. Security Deposit and Fees: A security deposit is required at the time of lease signing. Any applicable pet fees or other charges shall be outlined in the lease agreement. All deposits and fees must be paid prior to move-in. Occupancy and Conduct: The Property is intended for residential use only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are permitted only with prior written approval from the Lessor.
