This is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo in a small and quiet building. The unit is fully furnished so you can move in with just your clothes. It faces east onto a private garden with lots of trees, so mornings are bright but never hot or noisy. The building itself is well taken care of and generally houses long term residents.
The layout feels more like a small house than a condo. There's plenty of space with various closets within the unit.
The bedrooms in particular are much larger than average. Both bedrooms are able to fit multiple pieces of large furniture and still have enough space to walk around.
The living room has a gas fireplace that thoroughly heats the place in winter at no cost. There is also a 3 burner gas BBQ on the patio to use year round. The kitchen has an updated dishwasher and fridge. In the hallway, there is a quiet washer/dryer the same age as the kitchen appliances. Floors, excluding the washrooms and entrance hallway, are carpeted keeping things cozy and quiet.
The unit comes fully furnished. It includes beds, sofa, dining table, TV, kitchenware, plates, cutlery, and even bedsheets if needed. If you don't need certain items, we can remove some of them.
Two underground parking stalls are included. Plenty of street parking without permit requirements.
The building has a guest suite that residents can book. This may be used for family or friends visiting for $25 per night. It is first come, first served.
Internet and electricity are tenant's responsibility. Gas and water are included in the rent payment.

The building is walking distance to parks, fitness centres, restaurants, numerous options for grochery stores, the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre, and other locations. The White Rock Pier and promenade are also within walking distance if you don't mind a longer walk. There are plenty of things to do in the area.
