Lease terms

Lease Terms: Monthly Rent: $2,050 Security Deposit: One month's rent ($2,050), refundable in accordance with --Florida law and the lease agreement. Lease Term: 12 months preferred. Available: October 1, 2025 (or earlier if agreed upon). Pets: Pets welcome with landlord approval. Pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Breed restrictions may apply. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Smoking: No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home or garage. Application Requirements: Each applicant 18 years or older must complete an application, pass a background and credit screening, provide proof of income, and meet the minimum qualification requirements. Gross household income should be at least three times the monthly rent. Rent Payments: Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is paid online through the tenant portal. Late Payments: A late fee will apply to rent not received after the applicable grace period, as outlined in the lease. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy limits will be enforced in accordance with local laws and regulations. Renter's Insurance: Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Maintenance: Tenants are expected to promptly report maintenance issues and keep the property clean and in good condition.
