Last time we used Zillow for a rental, there were 100 applicants!… So, I ask that you honor the requests below. Although it may feel like a hassle, you're investing your time (as am I) in what may become your home for years. So, if it's too much trouble, just move ahead with one of the other places you're considering.
This is the mid-century modern house that's a 3 bedroom, with a separate room that can be a 4th bedroom. It has a splendid hot tub in a "secret garden" area of the very large fully fenced yard. It's located two blocks off Wadsworth, just south of 20th.
The rent is $3950, available for July 1 move-in. It's an absolutely unique home with tremendous charm.
