Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities (power, gas water, trash, cable, etc.) Lease is 12 months. No smoking allowed inside the home. No pets allowed on the property. Tenant responsible for lawncare. Rental Requirements: No evictions on your record. Good Rental History. Minimum 6 months job history. Minimum credit score is 620. 30% of your monthly gross income should equal rent or greater. First month and security deposit due upon move in. We do not accept Zillow applications. Tenants can apply through contacting our company only. We will send you a prescreening application to fill out and send it back to us at no charge. Once you have filled out the prescreening application you can tour the property. Once you have viewed the property we will send you over the application link the cost is $75.00 per applicant plus $25.00 if you have a pet. We do not ask for any funds up front before viewing the property. We do not advertise on craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. Please be aware of rental fraud and scams.
