This home is only 2.5 miles to Manasota Key Beach, 15 minutes to I-75 & 8 miles to downtown Venice. With Venice an easy 8 mile drive to the north, there is no shortage of things to do. Check out the downtown shopping area, or over to Venice Beach, famous for shark tooth hunting!
