Rent & Utilities: * Rent: $900/month + electric * Electric is separately metered and billed monthly with rent * No utility account setup required by tenant Move-In Costs: * First month's rent: $900 * Security deposit: $900 * Total move-in cost: $1,800 plus any applicable pet fees Pets: * Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. * Approved pets will require additional monthly pet rent. No Smoking Policy: * This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, or similar products is prohibited inside the home. * Any evidence of smoking, vaping, or related odors inside the home may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, repair charges, or other applicable fees. Residents are responsible for ensuring that guests comply with this policy as well. Parking Policy: * Parking for two vehicles is included with the Unit. * If you require extra parking, we have available spaces for additional costs. Applicant Screening: * All applicants are subject to standard rental screening, including background, rental history, income, and credit verification. * Criminal history may be considered as part of the application review process in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Approval is based on the overall results of the screening process.
