Located in a quiet cove of Lake Lure, this home offers a peaceful waterfront setting just minutes from Chimney Rock and local attractions. It's a 6-minute drive to Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure Beach & Marina, and downtown Chimney Rock, and a 5-minute drive to the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge. The Biltmore Estate is a 45-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Guests have complete privacy but the host is available via message for recommendations or assistance during the stay. Parking instructions will be provided in check-in details. Guests are asked to start a load of dirty towels and load/start the dishwasher before checkout if applicable. Trash and recycling instructions will be provided in check-in details. Unauthorized pets or unreported damage may result in additional fees. Parties, events, excessive noise, or illegal activity are not permitted. Damages or breakages should be reported immediately. A Damage Protection Policy is included with every reservation.
