Rent is $650 + all utilities, including internet/security split 3 ways (~ $175/each). Major nearby cross streets are Candler + McAfee; minutes from major HWYs; 10 minutes from EAV and Downtown Decatur; 20 minutes from Emory. Huge kitchen with gas stove. Large overall living space, all furnished. The room is not. W&D in-house. Driveway + street parking. Must be cat and dog-friendly. Open to more pets with a pet deposit and friendly with current pets. Fenced backyard with deck. Other roommates are two females - one works from home in IT; the other is at the office M-F, 8-6. We are a relaxed pair who use home to decompress and keep to ourselves.
