Regent Street COOP is a few blocks away and Trader Joes , Monroe & Regent St is walking distance too. The footbridge to cross over to Campus is 2 blocks and you are at the Ag, Vet and Bakke. The Engineering buildings are 3 blocks away as is Camp Randall. Union South is close by. Living on (Old) University Ave also gives you easy access to UW Hospital and the VA. The Bus stop is just a block away. Edgewood is also a close ride too. Parking on the property is available for an additional monthly fee depending on availability. Currently, there are open spots for the fall but this could change as spots begin to be leased separately. Credit, rental and eviction history check done as part of application process.
