"'Home' for the holidays! Michael's home was perfect as our family gathered in Cleveland for the holidays. A short walk to family down the street, the location was perfect for us. Easy to get into downtown, or west to Rocky River for shopping.
The home itself couldn't have been better. The bedrooms and 3rd floor accommodated us all easily, and were very comfortable. The rain shower in the master bathroom was a huge hit. The living space and large dining room table worked so well for the 10 of us. We did a fair amount of cooking, and found the counter space, kitchen utensils, etc. worked very well.

From the beautiful design details to the heated master bathroom floor to the coffee bar with flavored syrups, creamers and more and the variety of bathroom toiletries-everything was so well thought out! The beds were comfortable with a lot of extra pillows and blankets and plenty of soft thick bath towels to go around! From the house we took a beautiful walk through a historic neighborhood to the West side Market, many breweries and restaurants. This home was also incredibly clean! East 4th Street: Known for its upscale bars and restaurants, it's well worth hitting this lively entertainment district for a memorable night out.

There is an ongoing construction near the property. It starts at 9am until 3pm.
This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.
Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.
This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.
Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.
The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.
Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.
For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).
Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property's condition and to prevent potential damage.
Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.
Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.
STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"
Damage to the property will incur the following charges:
Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.

Experience a stay filled with relaxation and recreation.
