Essentially, each tenant would be paying about $592 before internet. There is no A/C or Laundry facilities (no washers or dryers) in the building. You will need to do laundry at a laundromat or pay for a laundry service. There are laundromats in Vilas neighborhood and close to Campus. This is one of the cheapest places to live being this close to UW campus. Edgewood is also a close ride too. Regent Street COOP is a few blocks away and Trader Joes , Monroe & Regent St is walking distance too. The footbridge to cross over to Campus is 2 blocks and you are at the Ag buildings.
