This second floor, three (3) bedroom , 1 bathroom apartment is located across from UW Campus on University Ave. Easy access to bus line to hospital and the UW footbridge over to campus. 4 blocks to Engineering buildings and Camp Randall.
Rent reflects that this is an older building with the basics. Rent does include all your utilities except your internet connection. Essentially, each tenant would be paying about $592 before internet. There is no A/C or Laundry facilities (no washers or dryers) in the building. You will need to do laundry at a laundromat or pay for a laundry service. There are laundromats in Vilas neighborhood and close to Campus. This is one of the cheapest places to live being this close to UW campus. Edgewood is also a close ride too.
Regent Street COOP is a few blocks away and Trader Joes , Monroe & Regent St is walking distance too. The footbridge to cross over to Campus is 2 blocks and you are at the Ag buildings. The Engineering buildings are 3 blocks away as is Camp Randall.
Application check, rental history and one month's security deposit required at lease signing. Apartment is on a first come basis and we will continue to show the apartment until we get an approved application and security deposit.
