The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a bay window overlooking the koi pond, pool, and garden area, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. A loft area with 3 beds, perfect for kids, includes its own TV. Stay entertained with a smart (Roku) 4K TV; simply log in with your personal streaming service accounts.
Enjoy the resort-style pool area with comfortable chaise lounges and a tranquil ambiance enhanced by a koi pond and waterfall. A pet fee of $75 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets, with an additional $100 fee for bringing a pet without prior notification. No cats are allowed. Late check-outs and early arrivals may be available for an additional fee of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours, though they are not guaranteed.
Situated in Fruit Cove, Florida, an area named an American Heritage River in 1998, this location provides access to the Bartram Scenic Highway and the historic St. Johns River. The neighborhood is characterized by its natural beauty, with old trees and a peaceful coexistence of older and modern homes. Nearby attractions include numerous renowned golf courses such as TPC Sawgrass and the World Golf Hall of Fame & Museum, as well as various wedding venues and beaches like Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine Beach, both a 40-minute drive away.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per reservation for up to 2 pets. No cats are allowed. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule and require advance approval. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. The primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All guests are responsible for disposing of trash in outside bins before departure and reporting any damages within 24 hours. Dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. Laundry machines should not be overloaded, sandy items should not be washed, and the dryer lint trap should be cleaned. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Consumables are at your discretion, and freshness is not guaranteed. Furniture should not be rearranged. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property, and any additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur an additional charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Guests using the hot tub and/or pool do so at their own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool. Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and should shower before entering. No oils, lotions, or soaps should be brought into the hot tub or pool. Guests must follow all posted guidelines and not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub. Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
