Interns Welcome for the Summer! If not an inter, I can do either a 9 month or a 12 month lease up front. You can renew the lease or roll to a month to month lease after the fixed lease ends. Security deposit is based on your credit score/background check. No smoking and/or vaping, of any products, is allowed inside the unit or outside on the property. No scented products/items inside unit allowed unless owner agrees to the product/item - Owner has fragrance/chemical sensitivities. Not allergic to all products! I just need to evaluate to make sure I am not going to have a headache day in and day out. Help with this is always appreciated!

Master bedroom w/Private Entrance off the covered wrap-around porch. Amazing view!
Private covered porch area off the master bedroom has plenty of seating for guests. View of Mt. Saint Helens and downtown Portland.
Space is currently furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night stands and 2 lamps, a dresser, an upholstered chair and a bookcase. Let me know if you want to bring your own bed or if you need a work desk!
Ceilings are 11' high.
Windows have both sheers for soft light/privacy and blackout curtains for sleeping.

The smaller bedroom is on the east side of my place. The master bedroom (this ad) is on the west side near the bathroom and my private office.

- Gourmet Kitchen: Designated space in a large family size SS French door refrigerator/freezer + your own private pantry space. Use of owner's common everyday dishes and everyday cookware. - Covered porch area off kitchen with a large dining table to have guests over for an outdoor meal during nice weather.
- Bathroom with ample storage space + your own full size shower caddy.
- Laundry is downstairs in a nicely finished basement area.

- Off street parking space available, $150 more per month.
- On street parking available with a City of Portland "Gander Ridge - Zone B" permit.
