It's a nice front house 2 rooms 1 bath living room,full kitchen ,and shared laundry only laundry is shared there's parking for 2 cars in driveway/ carport. owner living on attached room on the back of the house but separated you won't be sharing. Own privacy of bath and kitchen. There is a pool that is not included but owner can arrange schedule for tenant to use the pool as long as pool area is kept clean and free of personal items.
