We are so excited to welcome you to your new home! To help you settle in, we've put together a few helpful details. You'll find the home is quite energy-efficient, with previous tenants reporting electricity costs typically under $100 during the fall, winter, and spring, and under $175 during the summer, while water usage generally stays under $80 per month; plus, there is no gas to worry about. As this is an HOA community, we kindly ask that you help us keep the neighborhood looking its best by parking only in the garage or driveway rather than on the landscaping or sidewalks though overnight street parking is perfectly allowed. For the comfort of all residents, we maintain a strict no-pet policy and a no-smoking or vaping policy inside the home. While there are a few other standard HOA rules to follow, they are very reasonable and help keep the area a wonderful place to live. Finally, we value our great tenants, so your lease agreement will include a generous incentive where you can save up to $75 for paying your rent early.
