Lease terms

12-month lease preferred. $2,300/month rent includes up to 2 horses; additional horses are $100/month per horse. Security deposit required (amount disclosed upon application). Water, internet, and professional carpet cleaning every 6 months are included. Tenant is responsible for electric, propane, and trash service. Well-behaved dogs allowed with approval; no indoor cats. No smoking inside the apartment. This is a shared, working ranch environment. Owner maintains an office on-site and a ranch manager/trainer is present. Quiet, respectful conduct is required at all times. Limited use of ranch equipment may be permitted by agreement. Equestrian facilities are shared and must be used responsibly. Horses must be properly managed and suitable for a facility with stallions on-site. Background and credit check required. Proof of income required. Renter's insurance recommended.
