The Kessler Lofts

Located in Downtown Birmingham's Loft District, the Kessler's Lofts is a 6-apartment building whose apartments were lovingly renovated in the mid-2000s during the start of Downtown's revitalization. Each apartment in the building is different, so we encourage those interested to book an in-person tour or a video call. Furnished with modern, stainless steel appliances, each kitchen area is spacious and perfect for those who enjoy entertaining. The lofts also have beautiful hardwood floors and granite countertops. Included appliances include a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Helpful Information: *$75 application fee for each tenant. (Requirements: 640+ credit score, income of 2.75x monthly rent, no evictions) *If a co-signer is needed, they must fill out an application as well. (Co-signer requirements: 640+ credit score, income of 3.5x monthly rent) *Security Deposit (refundable) amount is $600 *Administrative Fee (non-refundable) is $350 due after Approval. *$300 Pet fee (unless a documented service animal) + $15/mo Pet rent *$15-$25/mo Trash fee and $5/mo Pest Control fee.
