Lease terms

The lease length is one year. I am open to a 6 month lease. The rate would increase to $950/month for anything shorter than one year. Any interested parties will be required to complete a Zillow application to be considered. Pets: Small to medium dogs that are well trained will be considered. There will be a $300 deposit and $35/month pet rent. No cats please. I am allergic. There is ample street parking available for your car.

The room for rent is on the main level of the property and has an oversized closet.… The utilities are split amongst all roommates and typically come out to $100-$115/month. First month of rent and an $895 deposit will be due upon signing of the lease. I am the owner of the property and love the outdoors. I live in the basement and have a home office downstairs. I work from home, so I'm typically around during the day. I travel for work and for fun a decent amount. The other roommate also has a flexible schedule and will be home during varying times. We like to keep shared living spaces clean and are respectful of noise levels late at night and early in the morning. In general, it is pretty quiet at the house. The ideal roommate would be a working professional in their 20s-30s or a graduate student. The house is only one mile from the CSU campus.
