ROOMS FOR RENT! Some rooms are partially furnished or fully furnished (depending on your preference). If you bring your own furniture and clothes, anything that may contain cockroaches, lice or bedbugs must FIRST BE WASHED IN THE HOTTEST WATER POSSIBILE and dried at the hottest temperate possible. Along with ALL Personal belongings (Clothing & Linens). Some rooms are available immediately. All utilities are included: Wi-Fi, Electricity, Gas, Water/Sewer, TV Subscriptions. The attic and crawlspace could also be used as storage apace for an additional small fee per month. The attic has pull down easy access stairs and tons of room for storage. Depending on the amount of items that need to be stored, a storage fee may or may not be charged. If interested, please come and take a tour of the house. You'll be pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and common areas that are shared. There's a private beach, two sets of washers & dryers (one set on the top floor and one set in the basement), there's a huge kitchen fully equipped, several areas to sit down and eat, four total balconies/decks, large or walk-in closets in almost every bedroom, two of the three bathrooms have a separate shower and Jacuzzi. It's extremely peaceful here. The neighbors are very friendly. You won't want to leave. If you want to bring your own furnishings a moving fee will be charged. No smoking allowed inside property under any circumstances. Please respect the fact that this is a very nice home and drinking and drugs are not very well tolerated. If you're doing drugs, or drinking heavily you will be evicted immediately. If the cops are called out on you for any reason, you will immediately be evicted. The same goes for doing any illegal activities. There are several outdoor areas where smoking is permissible. The fire-pit in the backyard and any of the four outdoor decks but only with proper ashtrays to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts, please. Possible tenants must have reasonably good credit and steady employment. The first full months' rent and security deposit due at lease signing if possession is to be taken on the 1st of any month immediately occupancy available. I'm available almost every day in the afternoons and evenings to show the property. Possible interested tenants please fill out the Zillow tenant application prior to making any appointment. It's a very small fee to do so and can be used on any property over a period of 6 months. It's only $35 for full background and credit check. Serious inquiries only please.
