House is on Diamond Lake and is very luxurious with large rooms a gourmet kitchen a total of four decks. Plus a small and quaint backyard with a fire pit. There's also a lovely wraparound front porch. There is a private beach less than a block from the house and two parks less than half a mile away. Boats and jet skis are allowed on the lake. There is a total of space for seven tenants to occupy this house. Two tenants can fit in the wide open basement then one tenant can fit in each of the five large bedrooms. Currently there are two bedrooms becoming available. There are two bedrooms available July 1, 2026 on the second floor. They're quite large. The two larger ones are $1200. One of them has a private balcony and sliding glass door. The other one is almost double the size of a normal bedroom with a huge bay window. They both have large walk-in closets. Tenants are responsible for snow removal, grass and lawn maintenance. Ideal candidates must have steady employment and income. Minimum credit score of 660 preferred. Must be in same line of work at job a minimum one year. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis as determined by property manager or owner. Rent is due the first of every month if it is not received by the second there will be a $100 late fee incurred. If rent is not received by the 2nd eviction proceedings will start. There is room for seven cars to park. Depending on the size of your vehicle and availability you may be charged an additional fee to park your vehicle.
