Lease terms

Minimum 10-month, 11-month or 12-month lease. Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month. A refundable security deposit of $2,900, a one time cleaning fee of $250 and first month's rent are required before move-in, subject to Washington State requirements. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, garbage, and internet. Owner pays HOA dues. No smoking, vaping or marijuana use anywhere inside the home or garage. No subletting, short-term rentals or Airbnb. Only occupants listed on the lease may reside in the home. Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy. Tenant must maintain the home in a clean condition, perform routine care and comply with HOA/community rules. No painting, remodeling or other alterations without prior written approval from the owner. Pets: No pets permitted All applicants will be evaluated using consistent screening criteria.
