Hi. Thanks for your interest in Fairfield Uptown 24. This entire building is being renovated and we're looking for someone who will take good care of it and who is looking to move in ASAP. Financially, we're looking for someone who makes at least 2 times the rent. Please have copies of your last two months of paystubs. If you don't have paystubs we can review your bank statements and/or other forms of income verification. We won't consider unemployment income unfortunately. We're not really concerned with credit scores. However, prior evictions, any collections related to renting, and criminal history will be a deal breaker unfortunately. This property is walking distance to the strip and across the street from the Atomic Golf facility that just opened. The area is being revitalized and buildings are undergoing renovations one by one.
